What requirements do we need for Agile Working?
Everyone has to buy into flexibility, for those who are not able to work outside the office then they have to be incorporated in the space planning procedure.
Technology is key as your staff will need to be home enabled or be able to book a desk at work.
Change in management style & skill set as teams will work more remotely it will take more organisation by their team leaders.

Booths and pods will accommodate Skype or Zoom calls along with small meetings and quiet space. The retention of some larger meeting room space will allow for conference calls, teams to get together or training.
Design and the selection of the breakout furniture are key within the cafeteria allowing for a more vibrant space which will act as both somewhere to step away from work but also build that team bond.
Successful organisations understand the need to keep employees happy, motivated and therefore more productive.
Everyone’s a winner
Employees can address the work-life balance during this process.
Companies can look further afield to recruit and not be hampered by living close to the office.
Reduced commuting time will save employees money.
By reviewing the amount of office space required, company overheads can be reduced.
As employee retention increases recruitment costs will fall as will induction training costs.
