Watford Borough Council
Watford Borough Council were looking to move out of their historic Town Hall building for it to be modenised and brought into line with the plans for the redevelopment of the area. The plan was to use their adjacent building for 3 years while the work took place

The Arenko Group are a market leader technology provider enabling a transformation to clean energy. Like many other businesses they themselves needed to go through a transformation to allow for more flexible working practices, in addition to this staff numbers were increasing.
Brockswood School
Brockswood school are a progressive primary school who wanted to upgrade their library area, which was poorly lit and looked very dull and turn it into a more flexible and inspirational space for their children.
The project had to be delivered on time for the new school year and on budget.
Dr Now
Dr Now are a very well respected private medical centre who were looking at moving into an historical building, which ment there were limitations on changing to the building structure.
There were 3 areas to focus on, client facing receptions, medical rooms, and a sizable back-office operation.
Hitachi High-Tech
Hitachi High-Tech are a part of the Hitachi Group and they specialise in analytical techniques for a wide range of industries.
There was a need to move not only to accommodate additional staff but to showcase their product range, expand their servicing & product support and hold stock for distribution.
LTi Metaltech
LTi Metaltech are a high-quality precision engineering and fabrication company whose products are used in numerous industries including the NHS, renewable energy projects and the rail industry.
Their reception space is compact and had no story or branding as to what the business was all about. So, they were looking for a brighter, inviting space with branding.
