The Brief

This Commerical Landlord had two floors in need of refurbishment and a new, modern look. The main focus was to specify clean, minimal lines which were subtle and neutral.

Floor One is a larger space with a tea point within the space so we need to add a collaboration space as well as fixed working areas. The room is light and a wood vinyl floor was to be laid so finish had to complement this.

Floor Two was a smaller space with a tea point being placed just outside the main space. With a pitched roof detail that had a lot of windows furniture finishes were critical. A collaboration space was needed as was a quiet zone along with working areas.

We made sure all finishes and fabrics were sampled beforehand and everything was pre-approved by the team.

The Solution

The key was to blend the flooring finish into the furniture to give that warm comforting feel, so a combination of white and oak was to be used.

Mesh seating with a white frame offered the opportunity not only to blend into the mix but with a mesh the space looks more open and less cluttered.

The aim was to open out the areas whilst still providing seating, desking and meeting areas for the team to work well in.

The Outcome

Both the client and the agent were delighted with the offices.
Not only do they look warm and cosy but they are also very flexible,
so changes can easily be made to accommodate tenants.
